PAYMENT TERMS: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash
or Cashiers Check will be accepted. Company or personal checks must be accompanied by a
Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Martella Auction Co., Inc. NO equipment
will be removed until complete settlement is made.
All item is sold "as is" with all its faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
